Join us for Orientation week on January 29 and 30! Get ready for two days of fun and learning about your course. It's a time to connect with your classmates, get to know your teachers, and learn about the resources available to you.
Here are a few reasons why you shouldn't miss orientation week:
- Meet your classmates. Orientation week is a great opportunity to meet your classmates and start building relationships with the people you'll be spending the next few years with. You'll have the chance to learn about their interests, their goals, and their backgrounds.
- Get to know your teachers. Orientation week is also a great time to meet your teachers and hear about their backgrounds. You'll have the chance to ask questions about their courses and get a sense of their expectations.
- Learn about the resources available to you. Industri Education offers a wide range of resources to help you succeed in your studies. During orientation week, you'll learn about these resources and how to access them.
- Get across being an Industri x AIM student. Get your student card and learn how Industri and AIM work together to deliver our courses.
- Get to know the campus. In Orientation Week, we want to make sure that you’re hitting the ground running when you start with Industri. We’ll be showing you around the building amenities, how to access classrooms, the library and where everything else is on campus.
- Digital Learning. We’ll also be going through our online systems including Sharepoint, getting students set up with the Microsoft Office Suite and acquainting you with the MyAIM x Industri portal, which is your online student hub.
- Get excited about your future. Orientation week is a time to get excited about your future at Industri Education. You'll learn about the opportunities available to you and the potential career paths that you can pursue.

- Take advantage of the resources available to you. Our orientation week offers games to connect with staff and classmates, student support resources, and one-on-one advice from lecturers.
- Get involved on campus. Actively reach out to your classmates, new friends are waiting to be made! Get to know the staff, take part in mixing sound for lunchtime gigs. Talk to your lecturers about upcoming internship opportunities. This is a great way to meet new people and get involved in our Industri community.
